Heard a foreman say something that stuck with me today
Guy I work with mentioned that most crashes happen because someone changed speeds or feeds without telling anyone. Made me realize I should start writing changes down on the setup sheet instead of just remembering them. Anyone else keep a log of tweaks you make during a run?

Keep that notebook idea. @the_wren has the right approach. Same principle applies outside the shop too - people forget stuff all the time unless they write it down.
