Chose flood coolant over mist on a big job, no regrets so far
Had to pick between flood and mist for a 316 stainless run this week, and I went with flood even though cleanup is a pain. The heat control is way better and I haven't had a single chip weld issue in 40 parts. Anyone else stuck with mist for a long time then switched back?

Ran a 316 job with mist for three years. Switched to flood last month and cut cycle time by 12%. Chip welding went from every few parts to zero. Cleanup sucks but I'm not going back.
