Spent $400 on a resume writer, got zero callbacks until I rewrote it myself
Honestly, I paid a service $400 last month to overhaul my resume after 3 months of silence from recruiters. They jazzed it up with all these fancy action words, but it still got me nothing, not even a rejection email. Has anyone else shelled out for professional resume help and found that a plain single-page version with hard numbers did way more for them?
