Saw a stat about job hopping that really surprised me
I was reading a report from LinkedIn last week that said people who changed jobs every 3-5 years earned 50% more over their career than those who stayed put. I always thought staying loyal was the safer play. Has anyone else seen data that changed how you think about your career path?

Honestly, that stat gets shared a lot but I saw a different study from the Federal Reserve. It found that after the third job hop in ten years, your pay increases actually start to get smaller. You can hit a ceiling where companies see you as a flight risk.

But is that ceiling even real for most people?
