Got some tough feedback on my resume last week that actually helped

I showed my resume to a friend who hires for a warehouse manager job. He said it was just a list of tasks, like 'operated pressure washer' and 'maintained equipment'. He told me to rewrite every bullet to start with a result, like 'cut cleaning time by 30% on big jobs'. I spent a whole night changing it. Now I'm getting more calls back. Has anyone else had to totally redo their resume like that?

Wow, that's such a great example of a bigger life lesson. We're all taught to just list what we did, but the real story is in what changed because of it. What other tasks did you reframe like that?

Reframing everything sounds exhausting. Sometimes a task is just a task, not some deep life lesson.
