Superintendent's comment about my old drill bit setup
Had a job in Austin last month, running cat6 through a drop ceiling. My drill bit kept wandering on the metal studs, and the super walked by, said 'your chuck is off, or you been using that bit since the Obama years?' He handed me a new cobalt bit and told me to stop reaming with worn steel. Replaced it and my holes came out clean, no more chipped drywall. Anyone else run into subs who are too stubborn to swap bits mid-job?

Yep, dull bits are the root of half the mess on a jobsite.
