Just found out my $60 projector screen beats the $400 one my buddy bought
Picked up a 100 inch pull down screen for $60 on Facebook Marketplace in Sacramento last weekend, and I finally set it up next to my neighbor's fancy fixed frame he paid $400 for. On my Epson 2150 the colors look the same, maybe even a little brighter on mine, and I found a review from Projector Central saying screen material matters way less than room light for cheap projectors. Has anyone else skipped the expensive screen and just gone with a cheap pull down or DIY frame?
