Why does nobody mention the tube sheet leak hiding behind the insulation
Found a pinhole weeping on the lower tube sheet of our 300 HP boiler last Tuesday at the plant in Gary, and it had been soaking the lagging for who knows how long. Pulled the whole section of insulation off to get a real look, but I'm curious how often you all cut an inspection window before the annual tear down instead of waiting for a wet spot.
