A 2 hour documentary about train hoppers sent me down a huge rabbit hole
I threw on some random documentary about freight train riders last Tuesday and ended up watching 4 more hours of interviews and old footage from the 90s. The way those folks describe the rhythm of the rails and the unwritten rules between riders is oddly calming, like a whole hidden culture you never see. Has anyone else fallen into a niche subculture show that just completely sucked them in for days?
