Dropped $340 on a Park Tool master kit and half of it just collects dust

I run a small repair stand out of my garage in Boise and last spring I talked myself into buying the big Park Tool master kit for $340 because I thought I needed every single tool to look pro. Turns out about a third of the box has never touched a bike in a year, especially the cone wrenches for old hubs nobody brings in anymore and the pin spanner set. I could have bought the individual pieces I actually reach for, like a good cable cutter and a chain breaker, and saved close to $150. Now the lid sits open on my bench taking up space while my tire levers and 5mm hex do 90 percent of the work. Any of you ever regret buying a whole kit instead of building your own set piece by piece?
