Comparing quotes by phone in 2019 vs. using those online quote forms now, and I honestly miss the phone calls
Back then I would call 5 or 6 brokers in one afternoon and get a real number for my Honda Civic from Charlotte to Denver in about 20 minutes. Now I fill out one form and get 40 emails, half of them saying they need to call me to give a price, and the actual quote page never loads right. Which way do you all compare rates, phone or forms?
