I tracked my parking lot door dings for 14 months and stopped blaming other drivers
I live in Tucson and my complex has tight spots, so for 14 months I marked every new scratch on a note in my phone and logged where it happened. Out of 9 dings, 6 showed up on days I parked next to the same green F-150, and 2 were my own cart at Fry's. So no, the dent guy down on Speedway is not ripping anyone off, and most of us are the ones roughing up our own rides. Does anyone actually use those door edge guards, or is it just me who can't be bothered?
