Hot take: skipping PPF on the front bumper of my new Civic cost me $900 in rock chips
Bought a 2024 Civic Sport in March and told myself the $600 clear bra quote at the shop on Burnet Road was too much. Six months of I-35 commuting later I've got 14 chips on the bumper and hood, and the body shop in Round Rock wants $900 to repaint and blend. Turns out those rock trucks dont care about your budget. Anyone here running partial PPF just on the high impact zones, or did you just eat the cost and go full front?
