Just hit the 10 year mark with our Decatur house
We bought in Oakhurst in 2014. Didn't plan to stay this long. Now I'm wondering how many other Atlanta homeowners have outlasted their original plans?

Wow, that's wild. Honestly I used to think buying a house was just a temporary step, but staying in one spot for a decade really changes your whole view on what home means. @brookebailey you're right though, that 7 year mark is where it starts feeling like part of your identity.

Wait, you've been in Oakhurst for 10 years? That's awesome! We are right around 7 years in our house and totally get the "didn't plan to stay this long" thing.
