Tried a 30-day no-sugar bet with my sister, made it 11 days before the donut incident
She said I couldn't do it without complaining, so I lasted 11 days, then a coworker brought in maple bars from that place on 4th Street and I blacked out. Has anyone else had a self-imposed challenge end because of one specific food trigger?
