I finally stopped over-explaining my slides after a coworker said something blunt in a meeting
During a Tuesday review in Columbus she said my deck had too many words so I cut each slide down to 5 lines and people actually started asking questions instead of staring at their laptops, and now I'm wondering if anyone else got called out like that and what line stuck with you.
