Filing cabinet surprise in my tax folder this week

I was digging out paperwork for my accountant and found a receipt from 2019 for a $300 router I completely forgot I bought. Turns out I never claimed it on that year's taxes, which would have saved me maybe $40 back then. Anyone else ever stumble on an old deduction they missed and wonder what else got overlooked?
