My old boss in Tacoma said my climbing line was too worn and I didn't believe him at first
He pointed out the core was showing through the jacket in two spots on my 11mm line after a big oak removal. I swapped it out that day and now I check my lines every morning before the first climb. How often do you all actually retire a rope?
