That 3am grocery store call completely flipped my approach
I used to rush every install until a supermarket loading dock false alarm at 3am taught me that 15 extra minutes of checking door contacts upfront saves a 2 hour drive and a pissed off client, so now I actually test every zone twice before I leave, has anyone else had a specific call that changed their whole routine?
