Vent: Paid $200 for an AI writing tool that just rephrased my own bad ideas

I run a small cleaning business and wanted help writing better website content. I signed up for a subscription service that promised to create original, engaging blog posts. It cost me about $200 for a year. The problem is, every article it generated was just a jumbled rewrite of the few keywords I gave it, with no real flow or useful info. I spent more time fixing the weird sentences than I would have writing from scratch. Has anyone found an AI tool that actually understands context and writes like a person, not a robot?

The real issue is you need a tool trained on small business writing, not general web content. Most AI gets fed corporate blogs and news articles, not how to talk to someone about cleaning their home. Try feeding it examples of your own past emails or customer reviews to copy the tone. That context helps more than any list of keywords.
