That influencer said to just "ask AI" for a custom workout plan
So I followed this fitness guy on Instagram who swore you could just prompt an AI to build a perfect weekly gym routine. I typed in my stats, goals, and equipment on a Monday morning. The thing spat out a plan that had me doing 45 minutes of cardio before every single lift session. After 10 days I was so exhausted I could barely climb my apartment stairs in Austin. Turns out the AI had no idea I started from zero activity. Has anyone else gotten a hilariously bad recommendation from a chatbot?

AI told me to deadlift 3x a week once. Almost broke my back.

Lol cmon man, deadlifting 3 times a week isnt some insane AI death wish. Most decent programs have you doing some form of pull or hinge multiple times a week just at different intensities. Either your form was already garbage or you ignored the part where it said to start light and work up. People blame AI for their own bad choices way too much.
