Spent $80 on an AI meeting summarizer and it got my project name wrong

Last month I signed up for one of those AI tools that listens to calls and writes the notes for you. The trial worked fine, but once I paid the $80 monthly plan it started hallucinating names and deadlines. I missed a client meeting in Dallas because it mixed up the dates in the summary. Has anyone else had a paid AI tool get worse after you actually handed over the card? I'm thinking about going back to just typing my own notes.
