My nephew pulled up some open source model on his laptop at Thanksgiving and had it spit out a fake electrical permit for a fake address in 30 seconds. I do this for a living in Tucson, and if a 19 year old can do that in a kitchen, the inspection side of this is in trouble. How are city offices supposed to keep up when anyone can generate paperwork that looks real?
