For 2 years I typed every estimate by hand at the kitchen table in Mesa, usually 8 or 9 a night. Now I paste my measurements into a template that fills in the line items and totals, so the same batch takes about 20 minutes. The odd part is I check the math less carefully now. Is that a bad habit to build?
